Nestles in the Ringwood Central Activities District, in a mix of commercial, retail and office spaces, there is a bustling hotspot for nightclubbing, dining and having a party!
The history of the site tells a story of a night club once filled with punters dancing the night away. The opportunity to re-develop the site brings with it a breath of fresh air with a purpose designed nightclub on the ground floor, a restaurant on the first floor and a formal function space on the second floor. Creating a landmark building marking the gateway to Eastland shopping district has never been more exciting! The design includes a modern facade with tall vertical louvres sailing high and creating a new skyline for Ringwood. Stone cladding on the ground floor nightclub represents the strong and stable establishment that will soon re-open its doors to its loyal patrons, waiting in the wings to re-join the party!
The old building may be gone, but strength of character will keep this club living on.
The formal entry with is frameless glazing and industrial modern stairs lead up to the first floor- a Hamptons inspired interior with a modern touch.
With its cabana style booth seating and use of colour, the playfulness of the large outdoor terrace will see many a summer night spent sipping cocktails under the palm trees! Large sliding doors create a strong connection between the interior and outdoor spaces. The second floor gives patrons a modern formal room with high quality finishes to celebrate their special occasions. The large openable sliding windows offer breathtaking views of Melbourne. The main reception room also opens out to an open terrace. The coffered ceiling, the timber floor, a lounge seating area- the scene is set for enjoying a glass of champagne!
