Balaclava has long been a destination for the young and the stylish with its close proximity to the CBD and creative hearts St Kilda and Prahran, outstanding transport links and bohemian retail blend. This project presents a modern response to urban living with the efficient utilisation of quality infrastructure.

For these dwellings to be generous and light filled would seem impossible.

The project responds to the local demographic by introducing one, two and three bedroom townhouses all across three levels.

Thoughtful design starts by providing private entries to all properties, extends to top floor living spaces designed to maximise available light and views and reaches its pinnacle in the articulated façade which not only creates privacy through screening but also assists in noise management. The result, unexpected luxury.
